Lancer Baseball is headed to State!

Congratulations to the Lutheran High School South Baseball team. Yesterday, the Lancers defeated the Kennett Indians in the Quarterfinal Round of the Missouri Class 3 State Baseball Tournament 2-1. With this win, they advance to the Missouri Class 3 Final Four and will meet Savannah in the State Semifinals. The game will be played on Friday, June 1 at Meador Park in Springfield, MO. Admission for the semifinal and final games is $7.00.

If you are unable to make the STATE SEMIFINAL OR CHAMPIONSHIP BASEBALL games in Springfield, Missouri, the games will be broadcast on www.Prepcasts.com . Upon completion of each game, you can listen to the replay on demand. It’s all FREE !

The "One-to-One" Technology Initiative
 

We have exciting news!  The Lutheran High School Association of St. Louis has been awarded a grant for nearly $400,000 by the Lutheran Foundation of St. Louis to provide the initial funds for a “One to One iPad Initiative” at Lutheran High School South and Lutheran High School North. 

 Beginning with the 2012-2013 school year, each Lutheran South student will receive an iPad. This new program is a huge step in our school becoming a leader in 21st century digital learning.

Soccer Wins Districts!

Congratulations to the Lutheran High School South Girls Soccer Team!  The girls defeated Bishop DuBourg in double overtime 1-0 to capture the Class 2, District 3 Championship.  The girls were unable to advance in the sectional round, but we congratulate them on a terrific conclusion to their season!

iPads at LHSS for 2012-2013!

Students will receive invaluable benefits from this new initiative as part of their education.  Because of this generous grant, students will only be asked to pay a $200 technology fee each year.

Summer Sports & Band Camps
