What does it mean to be a Lancer? 

  • It means being part of a family that cares about you as a young Christian and as a child of God. 
  • It means being prepared for college, both academically and personally as you prepare for a career and prepare to defend and share your faith.
  • It mean being part of a community of believers that encourages each other and grows together through great successes and difficult circumstances.
  • It means embracing opportunities to use your talents in athletics, music, drama, art, technology, and many other areas through co-curricular activities.
  • It means developing leadership skills that will enable you to direct and participate in activities that can change the world for Christ.
  • It means serving others, willinging and without regard for personal gain.
  • It means learning the Lancer fight song, supporting your friends on a Lancer team or at a concert or play, and wearing the black & gold with pride.  
  • It means building friendships that last a lifetime while growing in faith in Jesus Christ that lasts for eternity. 
  • It means giving thanks to God for the gifts He gives to others as you explore and learn about the gifts He has given you. 
  • It means giving glory to God in all things.
